I had a terrible experience with Suncrest, especially with customer service representative Kaileen. They sent an inspector to assess my house on 12/20/23. However, I never received the promised report from the inspector. Approximately a week later, I called them, and Kaileen explained that the inspector had contracted Covid, so could not issue the report. But she said she still could schedule a treatment for 1-3:30 pm on 1/5/24, and I agreed.On 1/4/24, I had not received any report, so I called to confirm the appointment on 1/5. Kaileen answered the phone and was very rude on the phone, claiming that they had already sent the report and accusing me of not checking my email carefully (I double-checked my spam/trash folder and did not find any reports from them). Furthermore, she denied scheduling a treatment for me on 1/5. When I requested to speak with her manager, she responded in an arrogant and rude tone, stating that there was no one else available and said they could call me back and then hung up on me.
